Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ClickTrail ("Creator") for the use of design assets ("Assets") provided through ClickTrail.com ("Website"). By downloading or using the Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Type of Assets

Free Assets: Assets available without cost.
Plus Assets: Premium Assets available for users who subscribe to the Plus plan.

Intellectual Property

All Assets are property of ClickTrail. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Assets are owned by ClickTrail.

Grant of Access

ClickTrail hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Use the Assets in personal and commercial projects.

• Modify or combine the Assets with other works.

• Use the Assets in any media format.

Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer the Assets except as specifically provided herein.

• Use the Assets in a way that competes with ClickTrail or the Website.

• Resell the Assets as standalone files or as part of a larger project if the Assets are not visibly changed or modified from their original form.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. ClickTrail may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Assets are provided "as is". ClickTrail makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Creator be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Assets.
